Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website and services operated by PA Creatives.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Overview

We offer design services including but not limited to:

  • UX/UI Design (web, app, mobile, dashboards)
  • Website Design
  • Graphic Design (branding, social media, print)
  • Motion Design (if applicable)
  • Shop

All services are offered under fixed-price packages or custom quotes depending on the project scope.

2. Client Responsibilities

By agreeing to work with us, the client agrees to:

  • Provide clear communication, feedback, and required content/assets
  • Respond to emails/messages in a timely manner
  • Respect agreed-upon project timelines and revision limits
  • Ensure that all materials provided (images, text, brand assets) do not infringe on copyrights

Delays in communication or approvals may result in project rescheduling or extension.

3. Project Timeline & Delivery

Each project comes with an estimated timeline agreed upon in writing. Turnaround time depends on:

  • The size of the package
  • Scope of work
  • Client responsiveness

We will deliver your final design files in the agreed formats (Figma, PDF, PNG, SVG, etc.). Editable source files (e.g., PSD, AI, Figma) are only included if outlined in your package or agreed in writing.

4. Payments & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required to start any project.
  • The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered.
  • Late payments may result in delays or project suspension.
  • We accept payments via [Paystack, PayPal, Stripe, Bank Transfer, Wise, etc.].

No project is considered “complete” until full payment is received.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of design work, no full refunds are provided once the project has begun. If a project is canceled by the client after work has started:

  • The deposit will not be refunded
  • A prorated fee may apply if significant progress has been made

If the project is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund will be offered based on the work completed.

6. Revisions

Each package includes a fixed number of revision rounds (as stated in your plan or agreement).

  • Additional revisions outside of the agreed limit will incur extra fees.
  • Revisions must be requested in a consolidated, organized manner.

We do not offer unlimited revisions unless explicitly stated.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • All work remains the property of [Your Name / Studio Name] until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, clients are granted full usage rights to the final deliverables.
  • We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio and on social media unless a written NDA is signed.
  • Source files are only included if part of the package or agreed in advance.

The client may not resell, redistribute, or modify the designs for resale unless a licensing agreement is arranged.

8. Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared between both parties will be kept private and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

If you need an NDA signed before sharing project details, please let us know.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from:

  • Misuse of designs after delivery
  • Improper implementation by third-party developers or printers
  • Loss of data due to client-side issues

We are also not responsible for indirect or incidental damages, such as loss of profit or business opportunities, caused by project delays or issues beyond our control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project at any point if:

  • The client is non-responsive for 14+ days
  • Payments are not made on time
  • Communication becomes unprofessional or abusive

In such cases, work completed will be invoiced and files will not be delivered unless full payment is made.
