At PA Creatives, we take fraud prevention seriously and strictly prohibit the use of stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent credit/debit cards when paying for our design services.

By using our services, you agree to abide by this policy in full.

Zero Tolerance for Credit Card Fraud

Any attempts to use stolen, unauthorized, or fake credit cards to pay for our services will result in:

  • Immediate cancellation of the project
  • Permanent ban from accessing our services
  • Reporting of the fraud to the payment processor, issuing bank, and relevant authorities
  • Legal action to recover any losses or damages

We fully cooperate with law enforcement and payment gateways to report and prosecute fraud.

How We Protect Against Fraud

To protect our clients and ourselves, we use trusted and secure payment gateways such as:

  • PayPal
  • Stripe
  • Wise
  • Bank Transfers
  • Paystack

All transactions are monitored for suspicious behavior, and any signs of fraud will trigger an investigation.

We may request additional identity verification if a transaction appears unusual.

Warning to Scammers

If you use stolen credit card information or attempt to scam us:

  • Your IP address, email, device ID, and payment details will be tracked and submitted to cybercrime authorities.
  • Any designs created during the transaction will remain our property and will not be delivered.
  • You may face civil and criminal penalties for identity theft, payment fraud, and digital crimes.

Genuine Clients: How to Stay Safe

If you’re a legitimate client and concerned about secure payments:

  • Only pay through our official payment links or invoices
  • Avoid sending funds through unverified third parties
  • If your card is ever used without your permission, report it immediately to your bank and let us know
  • We do not store your payment details on our servers

Chargeback Fraud (Friendly Fraud)

Requesting a chargeback after receiving the final work — without a valid reason — is considered chargeback fraud. If you initiate a chargeback after delivery:

  • We will submit all proof of service, communication, and files to the payment processor
  • Your usage license for the design is automatically revoked
  • Legal action may be taken to recover damages
